Cartridge Application:
- Press the clutch plate at the rear of the extrusion tool and pull the pistons fully back.
- Insert the cartridge, ensuring the smaller tube enters first (a piston plate is designed to fit this tube).
- Remove the end cap and dispense the required amount onto a mixing board.
- Wipe away excess material from the nozzle and replace the cap after use.
Pot Supplied Product:
- Resin base and hardener are supplied separately.
• Mix at a ratio of 3 parts base resin to 1 part hardener, by weight or volume.
• Use clean spatulas to avoid cross-contamination and always replace lids immediately.
Mixing Process:
Blend thoroughly with a putty knife or similar tool until the green tint disappears and a uniform color is achieved. Begin by applying small amounts to avoid trapping air, then build up the repair with larger volumes. Smooth the surface before leaving it to set.
